Ordered tracksuit and extra bottoms Only received half order have sent emails sent messages through instagram and now here….. so fed up!! Never shopping with them again!!!!!!

Great clothing, speedy delivery. Quick and easy to use the website. Only comment would be to release your points sooner. I had an email to tell me I had points, got excited So went back in to order but they were not available yet. Takes so long to get them

I ordered an item on the 3rd Jan and the expected delivery time was 2-3 days.
It’s now the 7th Feb and I’m yet to received the item.
I’ve contacted customer care about 5 or 6 times with no reply.
Shocking company, they’ve basically robbed £30 from me.
Avoid this site at all costs

Placed an order on 9th December for three hoodies as a xmas present, only two hoodies arrived. On the 25th Jan I emailed to ask for either a delivery timeframe or refund on the other hoodie, I am yet to receive a reply. Would never purchase anything from this company again.

Awful customer service. Ordered 3 items and only 2 arrived. Been trying to contact customer services for weeks now and they just do not reply. I would not recommend this company

such a shame the customer service is so poor i own multiple Nicce items and have consistently bought from them, however on the last occasion i ordered 4 Items waited 3 weeks and only received 3, no reply from any email or any of the socials & can see many others having the same issue... big shame

The backpack I ordered is very poor quality the zips are broken very disappointed as I like the brand shame

Been ordering for years. Always been good quality. Lasts a long time. Shipping is always pretty rapid. Sales on all the time. Can’t knock them at all!

I've waited over 20 days for my order to arrive. No response from customer service. Just poor all round tbh

Ordered 2 jumpers (2x mens harbour set) and the payment was taken but i received no orders. Only way to contact them is through email, and i emailed them over 20 times in 6 weeks and still continuing to do so, coz they ignore u.order no - #346749. Worst experience ever. Keep away from them. Nicce are a scammer

Ive ordered from nicce and never had a problem.
Till my last order and item was missing, and thats when i 1st had to contact customer care. And problems started.
I have never experienced such a bad customer service. No number to talk to anyone, only email.
Ive sent email after email all i receive is confirmation of my email being received and nothing. This has gone on since i ordered in January all i want is my item sent to me.

Ordered a tracksuit just after Christmas received joggers but still awaiting the hoodie have emailed about 4 times now and haven’t heard anything back at all.

Definitely won’t be ordering again from this company shocking how you can send one item and not the other and not respond to emails when people enquiry.

Would be nice to receive a response to my emails or receive the hoodie soon.

I am still awaiting my order from 16th January, money has been taken - (coat for my son for school) - no reply from customer services despite numerous emails. No customer telephone number to call. Very, very poor service. I would like a refund ASAP, please contact me.

Placed order 06/12/22, all order received except x1 hoodie.
Numerous emails sent with only 1 reply with a FAQ form which was useless. Last one being 14/01/23.
Had to do a charge back with the bank as no communication whatsoever.
The same has now happened to an order placed by another family member.
I will not be ordering direct from NICCE again.

Ordered an item 2 weeks ago, have not even received an email saying it has been dispatched. Have tried contacting customer service 6 days ago but have heard nothing. Dont even have a phone number. Shocking service from what I thought was a good brand! Order number #355905.
